Sharon Wetherill brings 17 years of specialized expertise in resource planning, workforce management, and operational optimization across multiple industries. Her career began at O2 as a Real Time Analyst managing staff resources for Business Customer Service, where she led the integration of a business-wide billing system and improved adherence targets that increased call handling capacity.

At Direct Line Group, she spent nearly a decade advancing from Real Time Analyst to Team Leader, managing a team of analysts across six sites while protecting Partner brands from financial penalties and redesigning an HR process for 2,500 employees. She expanded her leadership capabilities at TDX Europe as First Line Manager for Production, creating operational plans and managing large teams to achieve production targets. At BGL Group, she served as Tactical Planning Manager, overseeing scheduling analysts responsible for planning cycles and implementing accountability measures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. 

Since January 2022, Sharon has applied her extensive planning and operational expertise as Owner and Property Manager of Ultimate Stateside Accommodation in Davenport, Florida, where she manages all aspects of a short-term rental business including DBPR compliance, multi-platform marketing, pricing strategy, trend analysis and forecasting, and tax compliance.
